Senior Pictures!

Hello my Friends! My Aunt Kathy gave me the CD with my Senior Pictures on it yesterday and so I decided to share them with you all. My Mom framed all of these in a collage style, and then set the frame on an easel at my open house. We made a sign and had everyone pick their favorite photo(s)! It was really cool to see what the guests thought!

I want to take this time to say a HUGE Thank you to Aunt Kathy, for spending SO MUCH time and effort taking these pictures! I know it was a big job, but I appreciate the hours you spent with me taking these! They turned out to be INCREDIBLE!!! Thank you a thousand times! You're the best!

Without further adieu, Ladies and Gents, I, Holly J. Ogg, Class of 2009, do hereby present my.....

Look On The Sunny Side

There are always two sides--the good and the bad,
The dark and the light, the sad and the glad...
But in looking back over the good and the bad,
We're aware of the number
of good things we've had--
And in counting our blessings,'
we find when we're through
We've no reason to at all to complain or be blue...
So thank God for the good things
He has already done,
And be grateful to Him for
the battles you've won--
And know that the same God
who helped you before
Is ready and willing to help you once more--
Then with faith in your heart,
reach out for God's hand
And accept what He sends,
though you can't understand...
For our Father in heaven always knows what is best,
And if you trust His wisdom,
your life will be blessed...
For always remember that whatever betide you,
You are never alone, for God is beside you.
Helen Steiner Rice
I hope this poem encouraged you as much as it did me! Have a wonderful Wednesday Friends!
And remember : God's in His heaven, all's right with the world!

Tigger is not perfect of course but I LOVE Tigger's outlook on life! So Thanks Tig, for giving us this example of how every dark situation has a shaft of sunlight that we can find if we look hard enough!

Give me your input on which Disney character(s) you like and tell me why, and perhaps it will show up here in one of my posts.

Pause to remember...

What our troops are fighting for. Pause to remember what some of our troops have paid the ultimate price for. Pause to remember what Jesus did for us. Pause to remember how unworthy we are to be so loved by the King of Kings. Memorial day is a day to pause and reflect over all the blessings that we have been given!

Happy Memorial Day my Friends!
